Senior System Safety Engineer, Operations  Fleet Response

📋 Description

• Lead cross-functional safety analyses as subject matter expert to identify hazards, assess risks
• Participate in operations design and readiness reviews and present safety risk to ELT.
• Evaluate effectiveness of mitigations to ensure risk profile hasnt changed; support identification
• Solve challenging and ambiguous problems with long time horizons in safety engineering.
• Articulate and influence new safety approaches to stakeholders across Product, Legal, Systems

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor of Science in Electrical/Mechatronics/Aerospace Engineering, Computer Engineering
• Strong technical project management skills with the ability to manage multiple parallel projects
• 10+ years of relevant engineering work experience that includes minimum 7 years of System Safety
• Proficient in selecting and performing appropriate inductive/deductive safety analyses to identify
• Proficient in applying Systems Engineering principles including SMART safety
