📋 Description

• Provide Tier 2 and Tier 3 technical support, serving as the primary escalation point for complex
• Troubleshoot and resolve advanced user, system, and performance problems across hybrid IT
• Manage employee onboarding, offboarding, and lifecycle processes across identity systems
• Deploy, configure, and maintain hybrid server, storage, networking, and endpoint infrastructure
• Configure and deploy applications using centralized management solutions such as Company Portal.
• Develop, maintain, and optimize automation scripts using PowerShell, Python, Bash, or similar

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent professional experience.
• At least 6 years of relevant systems administration experience.
• CompTIA Security+ CE certification or an equivalent qualification.
• Practical scripting experience with Python, PowerShell, Bash, or similar programming languages.
• Knowledge of at least five of the following technologies or technical areas: Windows Server 2019
• Knowledge of at least five of the following cloud technologies and services: Virtual Machines
