Senior Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer and support Google Workspace, MS Teams, Zoom, Slack, and related tools.
• Manage endpoint lifecycle for macOS/Windows, including provisioning, deployment, and retirement.
• Administer Okta, SSO, MFA, lifecycle, and app integrations.
• Monitor system health, security, capacity; proactively resolve issues.
• Lead projects across endpoints, IAM, and enterprise SaaS platforms.
• Ensure SOC 2 and ISO 27001 compliance; support audits and remediation.

🎯 Requirements

• Apple/macOS, Google Workspace, and Jamf device management expertise.
• Experience managing enterprise endpoint platforms and asset lifecycle.
• IAM expertise: Okta, SSO, MFA, lifecycle, and access reviews.
• Cloud SaaS administration: provisioning, integrations, governance.
• Security controls, endpoint protection, audits, and compliance experience.
• Experience supporting remote/global workforce; scripting skills.
