Senior Systems Analyst (Robotic Algorithms and Control)

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and support tele-robotic motion control algorithms for daVinci system
• Implement motion control algorithms for robotic manipulators and instruments
• Apply control theory to mechatronic and tele-robotic system verification
• Analyze electro-mechanical devices for dynamic safety and risk
• Create safety monitoring algorithms based on physics
• Document and pursue intellectual property; communicate performance across the organization

🎯 Requirements

• Theoretical training in servo control systems
• Strong embedded C programming and integration skills
• Engineering intuition for mechatronic systems; detail-oriented; drive to completion
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to work independently and with teams
• Passion for product quality and continuous improvement
• 6 years experience and a Master’s degree; or PhD with 3 years experience; or equivalent
