📋 Description

• Provide Level 3 (L3) technical support for the Clarity PPM platform, acting as the primary
• Investigate, diagnose, and resolve advanced issues involving application configuration, custom
• Lead root cause analysis for critical, recurring, or technically complex production incidents
• Design, develop, configure, test, and deploy technical enhancements and solutions for Clarity PPM
• Develop, maintain, and optimize GEL scripts, NSQL queries, SQL statements, XOG integrations, REST
• Translate functional requirements into detailed technical specifications, architecture designs

🎯 Requirements

• Hold a bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a
• Bring significant experience developing, configuring, administering, and supporting enterprise
• Demonstrate advanced hands-on expertise in Clarity PPM technical development, application
• Possess advanced proficiency in GEL scripting, NSQL, and SQL for complex development, data
• Have strong experience with XOG, REST APIs, XML, web services, and enterprise application
