Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead requirements definition, management, and traceability through design reviews.
• Oversee technical management across engineering disciplines; drive readiness through milestones.
• Establish and maintain product breakdown structures and lifecycle documentation.
• Define verification & validation plans to ensure quality.
• Review designs against requirements and drive non-compliance resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
• 4+ years in design ownership, systems integration, and test engineering.
• Experience in Responsible Engineering or tech leadership on aerospace systems.
• Deep knowledge of one core discipline (Structures, Thermal, Avionics, etc.).
• Hands-on experience with requirements and/or project management tools.
• Experience leading design reviews (PDR) and verification campaigns.
