Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead the technical foundation of design baselines via requirements and traceability.
• Oversee cross-discipline engineering and drive product readiness to milestones.
• Establish product breakdown structures and lifecycle documentation.
• Define verification and validation plans to ensure quality.
• Review designs against requirements and resolve non-compliances.
• Lead cross-functional guidance on systems engineering principles.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Aerospace, or Systems Engineering.
• 4+ years in design ownership and systems integration; >=1 year SE focus.
• Experience leading design reviews (PDR/CDR) and verification campaigns.
• Strong cross-disciplinary communication and technical leadership.
• Proficiency with Python, MATLAB, Excel; Tableau familiarity.
• Experience with requirements management tools and space systems knowledge.
