Participate in completing customer change requests and ticket resolutions outside normal business hours

Active Directory: architecture, FSMO, trusts, replication, GPO troubleshooting
DNS troubleshooting
DHCP knowledge
Windows Server core troubleshooting and performance analysis
Server hardware and RAID troubleshooting (HP/Dell/IBM/Cisco UCS)
Azure resources management and Azure AD Connect; ITIL processes; 24x7 rotation
