Manage production Commvault systems: Windows media agents, Commvault Hyperscale Appliances, Private
Support client recovery efforts: Exchange, Windows file systems, Unix file systems, Oracle
Assist in planning, designing, and evaluating hardware/software to improve the Enterprise Data
Create and update standard operating procedures and technical documentation.
Work shifts to provide 24/7 support.

🎯 Requirements

Work Authorization: US Citizenship is required.
Active Public Trust clearance is required.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Certifications such as NCDA or AWS Architect are a plus.
Experience with enterprise data protection and recovery systems.
Experience with PURE, Oracle Cloud, AWS S3/ EC2, GCP, Commvault Metallic, Microsoft cloud (Azure
