Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead system architecture and requirements for advanced robotic spacecraft.
• Own system-level requirements across subsystems, software, autonomy, and ops.
• Balance objectives, performance, schedule, cost, and risk across teams.
• Develop and maintain system models, interfaces, trade studies, and baselines.
• Create analyses and simulations to inform decisions.
• ITAR compliance may apply; some roles require access to ITAR information.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in aerospace/defense/robotics/autonomous systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Aerospace, Mechanical, Electrical, or Systems Engineering.
• Proficiency with MBSE, requirements management, trade studies, and risk management.
• Lead system architecture, requirements, integration, and verification for complex hardware/software systems.
• Demonstrated experience leading major design reviews (SRR, PDR, CDR, TRR, FRR) and customer engagements.
• Strong technical communication and ability to influence stakeholders.
