Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Build end-to-end systems: cloud control plane, Linux runtime, telemetry, and deployments.
• Build Linux-based networking platform: dataplane, IPsec/MASQUE/eBPF; secure & small.
• Engineer fleet control: distributed control plane, state mgmt, zero-touch ops for large fleets.
• Secure the device lifecycle: hardware-backed identity, attestation, secure boot, OTA with rollback.
• Make operability a product feature: telemetry, diagnostics, tests, remote operations.
• Lead across teams: architectural direction, technical proposals, mentoring engineers.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of professional software engineering on complex production systems.
• Strong skills in Rust, Go, or TypeScript; capable across the stack.
• Deep Linux networking knowledge: IPsec, MASQUE, eBPF; routing, namespaces, firewall.
• Experience designing distributed control planes and remote configuration for large fleets.
• Security-minded: threat modeling, least privilege, credential handling, secure lifecycle.
• Proven technical leadership and clear communication; ownership of ambiguous initiatives end-to-end.
