Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Lead advanced break-fix troubleshooting for server blades, boards, power systems, and rack-scale
• Support bring-up activities, including component validation and firmware testing.
• Diagnose system-level failures: thermal, power, network, BIOS/BMC issues.
• Collaborate with server teams for root cause analysis and actions.
• Assist deployment and validation cycles for next-gen hardware.
• Interface with facilities to understand environmental factors on reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or related field.
• 7 years in server hardware architectures and board-level debugging.
• Experience analyzing logs, telemetry, and power/thermal metrics.
• Hands-on with HPC or AI compute platforms or rack-scale infra.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
