Senior Systems Engineer

📋 Description

• Own FreeRADIUS proxy architecture and deployment
• Manage per-partner FreeRADIUS servers and databases
• Build and maintain provisioning pipeline for credentials and plan attributes
• Integrate with BNG integration layer and ISP partner configurations
• Deploy, monitor, and secure all systems infrastructure (CI/CD, scripts, VM management)
• Design CoA endpoint for real-time plan changes and session disconnects

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years systems/network engineering; 2+ years with RADIUS in production ISP/telecom
• Deep FreeRADIUS expertise: virtual servers, unlang, proxy realms, SQL modules, debugging
• Strong Linux sysadmin: production servers, deployment scripts, firewalls, OS networking
• PPPoE authentication, DHCP, IP pool management, BNG interactions with RADIUS
• Production infra deployment experience with uptime and failover
• East Africa ISP infra exp; MikroTik networks; CoA/Disconnect mgmt
