Senior Systems Engineer – Cloud IT Infra

📋 Description

• Setting up of Azure/ AWS cloud or On-premises IT resources/ environments for Internal software
• Co-ordinate with internal project users to troubleshoot and provide expert level technical support
• Provide system administration and technical support on Windows Server, Linux, Intune, Defender
• Hands on with Windows server security hardening and patch management.
• Intermediate skills on LAN/WAN, WiFi, Internet troubleshooting.
• Co-ordinate with other local and global IT team members to address Cloud, servers or application

• Good business communication (written/ spoken English) & coordination skills to work with IT
• Good customer service skills with clear communication, active listening, patience &
• Eager to learn, contribute as a team player, collaborate and resolve technical problems quickly.
• Proactive problem-solving, result oriented and deliver to assigned IT tasks.
• Certifications related to Azure, Windows Server, Backup/ Storage & Networking preferred.
• Education: BTech/BE/BCA/BSc/Diploma/Other.
