• Lead design of Fail-Operational behaviors balancing safety, reliability, and operational efficiency
• Partner with safety team to identify product risks and quantify fail-operational performance

🎯 Requirements

• 8 years of engineering experience with Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, or Physics
• Experience designing complex systems integrating hardware and software, with full HW/SW lifecycle
• Strong technical documentation: context diagrams, requirements decomposition, presentations
• Proven leadership, organization, and communication skills
