📋 Description

• Own GTM-facing software and data products end to end, including data foundation and signals for
• Lead cross-functional projects spanning multiple teams and systems with autonomy.
• Improve pipeline visualization, build sales tools, and smooth the developer buying journey on
• Work in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment turning business problems into working software.

🎯 Requirements

• 10+ years of software engineering experience with a track record leading large data initiatives.
• Deep expertise in distributed systems and production infrastructure; proficient in Go and
• Strong analytical SQL and data modeling experience; able to manage thousands of tables.
• Ability to debug database and query performance issues; discuss concrete examples of large-scale
• Experience with AI tools as a core part of the workflow.
• Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, DevRel, and Growth teams.
