Monitor end-to-end file transfers and key milestones across a global IT landscape
Handle incidents and escalations in line with our Incident and Problem Management processes
Perform root cause analyses and drive appropriate Problem Management actions
Provide day-to-day support to Managed File Transfer (MFT) service customers, acting as the primary

🎯 Requirements

Basic education or completed apprenticeship
Foundational IT knowledge, including Microsoft Office
Hands-on understanding of NDM (Connect:Direct / Network Data Mover) for managed file transfers
Familiarity with operating systems such as Unix, Linux, Windows, and z/OS (desirable)
Working knowledge of SSH (Secure Shell) and security certificates for file transfer (desirable)
Experience with ServiceNow (desirable)
