Senior Systems Engineer (Mobile Device Management)

📋 Description

• Responsible for endpoint management via Software as a Service (SaaS) - SaaS based systems like
• Responsible for software evaluation, testing, endpoint deployment and post-deployment support.
• Responsible for OS patch management and application lifecycle management.
• Document system configurations, procedures, and troubleshooting steps.
• Automate tasks to maintain operational efficiency on the platform we manage.
• Work with internal stakeholders, vendors, and cross-functional teams to provide technical expertise

🎯 Requirements

• At least 6 years of administration and operations experience with Windows, MacOS, Linux, iOS, and
• Hands-on experience with Mobile Device Management (MDM) tools like Jamf, Workspace One, Intune
• Experience of Microsoft Endpoint Manager (MECM/Intune) and Windows Autopilot, with skills in OS and
• Experience of at least two core platforms (MacOS, Windows, Linux) and familiarity with mobile OS
• Experience implementing endpoint security configurations based on industry standards, familiarity
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Bash, Shell, PowerShell, Python), and experience
