Senior Systems Engineer, Vehicle Body Control Systems

📋 Description

• Define OEM Requirements & Architecture for vehicle Body Control systems, networks, and safety
• Develop Embedded Software/Hardware Specifications for body control functions (doors, locks
• Lead Core Feature Development from target-setting to verification/validation against milestones
• Execute Verification & Validation plans, test execution, data analysis, and troubleshoot
• Bridge Engineering & Implementation with embedded software teams, updating architecture
• Manage Fleet Delivery & Integration: track delivery timing and resolve issues to meet

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical, Robotics, Mechatronics or similar
• At least 3 years in automotive Body Controls and software role delivering hardware/software
• Working knowledge of vehicle networks: CAN, FlexRay, LIN, Ethernet
• Experience with body control systems (doors, lighting, windows, seats, switchgear)
• Experience drafting architectures and requirements for complex vehicle systems
• Rigorous, detail-oriented mindset; strong problem-solving and verification focus
