Partner with Security, Risk & Trust, People Ops, Finance; represent org to leadership.
Define technical vision and roadmap for IT Systems; emphasize reliability and security.
Champion automation to reduce toil and enable scalable operations.

🎯 Requirements

5+ years IT or systems engineering; 3+ years in mgmt role.
Proven track record building and scaling high-performing IT teams.
SaaS systems administration; IAM (Okta); endpoint (Jamf/Intune); networking.
Experience partnering with cross-functional teams to deliver outcomes.
Demonstrated ability to set technical strategy and drive excellence.
Strong communication; influence without authority; vendor management.
