📋 Description

• Own application of a comprehensive safety approach within a specific programme, ensuring safety
• Conduct system safety assessments including ARP4761A, MIL-STD-882; govern safety requirements
• Collaborate closely with engineering and delivery teams to ensure safety objectives align with
• Develop safety analyses and manage risk assessments at system, subsystem and component levels.
• Provide clear, decision-ready safety arguments to influence design and milestone decisions.
• Contribute to the continuous maturation of safety processes across the organisation.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience conducting FHA, PSSA, SSA and PRA using ARP4761A and MIL-STD-882 within
• Develop, manage and maintain system safety requirements with full traceability; ensure compliance
• Present safety cases to stakeholders; translate complex safety data into structured documentation.
• Experience with safety tools such as Jama Software, IBM DOORS; working knowledge of FMEA, FTA and
• Contribute to safety programme planning and requirements development with rigorous safety
• Ability to work across multidisciplinary teams and communicate risk in a clear, actionable manner.
