📋 Description

• Define, implement, and execute a System Safety program for AI-driven defense platforms.
• Embed safety into architecture from day one across systems, software, hardware, and delivery teams.
• Mature and standardize internal safety processes across product lines.

🎯 Requirements

• MIL-STD-882E safety processes and risk assessment experience.
• Functional safety concepts and safety case development (FSC/TSC, SCF, SL mapping).
• Derive and manage safety requirements with end-to-end traceability (V&V).
• Exposure to safety analyses: PHA, SHA, SSHA, OSHA; SAR, hazard logs, FHAs.
• Proficiency with safety tooling and standards (Jama Software, IBM DOORS; FTA, FMEA/FMECA, FHA).
• English fluency; German is a strong asset.
