Senior TA Operations Specialist

📋 Description

• Partner with the Workday project team and Talent Acquisition stakeholders to document business
• Coordinate user acceptance testing with recruiters, recruiting coordinators, and business partners
• Validate data accuracy and process integrations between Workday and other recruiting platforms
• Act as a primary escalation point for Workday-related questions and issues, resolving requests
• Gather user feedback, identify operational challenges, and recommend, test, and implement
• Maintain accurate process documentation, user guides, and job aids to reflect evolving system

🎯 Requirements

• Demonstrated experience in Talent Acquisition Operations, HR Operations, HRIS, recruiting systems
• Hands-on experience supporting applicant tracking systems and HR technology platforms, ideally
• Experience participating in HRIS or ATS implementations, including requirements gathering, test
• Strong understanding of recruiting workflows and operational processes, including requisition
• Proven ability to troubleshoot technical and data-related issues, investigate system discrepancies
• Experience managing support tickets, prioritizing requests, and delivering responsive and reliable
