📋 Description

• Lead full-cycle global recruitment across tech and business functions.
• Partner with hiring managers with talent market insights and strategy.
• Build sourcing strategies using AI, automation, LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals.
• Drive TA and onboarding initiatives, process improvements, and tech implementations.
• Collaborate with People Ops to onboard new hires in 90 days.
• Champion inclusive hiring and diverse pipelines.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting in high-growth SaaS/AI/tech.
• Proven success hiring across Engineering, GenAI, Product, Sales, CS, Marketing, G&A, Leadership.
• Experience recruiting across NA, EMEA, LATAM.
• Expertise sourcing passive talent via LinkedIn Recruiter, talent communities, referrals, networking, and AI methods.
• Experience leading TA initiatives: ops, onboarding, employer branding, or recruiting tech.
• Proficiency with Greenhouse ATS, CRM, recruiting analytics, and AI tools.
