📋 Description

• Own end-to-end recruiting for the entire company, across all business units.
• Own the candidate experience from first contact to close.
• Serve as a trusted talent advisor to hiring managers, C-suite executives, and HR business partners.
• Recruit for roles across the entire company and all business units.
• Build sourcing playbooks by function and role type, including technical, HR, and commercial
• Evaluate candidates for both role-specific capability and organizational fit.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 5-8 years of progressive recruiting experience, including 2-3 years in a senior talent acquisition
• Strong full-cycle recruiting, sourcing, and employer branding experience.
• Proven ability to influence hiring managers and drive change in complex organizations.
• Experience in fast-paced, high-growth environments, preferably technology or fitness.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
