📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Sales, Marketing, Accounting, Finance, and HR from intake to offer.
• Lead intake calls with hiring leaders to define needs and interview process.
• Independently source passive candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and other channels.
• Use Claude to build ICPs and structured scoring rubrics for consistent evaluations.
• Partner with hiring managers and PXBs to define role requirements, interview plans, evaluation criteria, and manage multiple requisitions.
• Lead offer negotiations with candidates and educate them on NetBrain's salary ranges; coordinate with TA Manager for final approval.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years recruiting experience in tech/software.
• Track record of full-cycle recruiting for Go-To-Market and Corporate roles.
• Comfort sourcing passive talent independently; proactive rather than waiting for applications.
• Strong time management and prioritization; manage multiple requisitions and shifting priorities.
• Experience partnering with hiring managers and HR/People teams throughout the hiring process.
• Comfort using AI tools like Claude to support recruiting workflows.
