Senior Talent Acquisition Partner

📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Clinical, IDT, and Corporate roles.
• Manage 15–20 open requisitions simultaneously.
• Develop sourcing strategies using LinkedIn Recruiter, referrals, and outreach.
• Oversee candidate lifecycle in Greenhouse with a strong candidate experience.
• Partner with People Ops and TA to align staffing with center needs; use data trends.
• Provide market insights and coaching to hiring managers.

🎯 Requirements

• 6–9+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience.
• Experience in healthcare industry.
• Ability to manage high requisition load across multiple job families.
• Strong experience with ATS – Greenhouse preferred.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Experience presenting to and partnering with HRBPs, Compensation, and hiring leaders.
• Nice to have: Experience in PACE or other value-based care settings.
