🎯 Requirements

• Proven record recruiting in Crypto/Web3/Fintech or CEX.
• Head hunt and close talent across EMEA, navigate regulations.
• Place mid-to-senior roles across BD, Affiliates, VIP, Legal, Finance.
• Fluent with recruitment metrics; translate dashboards to decisions.
• Advise senior leaders as strategic partner; push back constructively.
• Based in Dubai or willing to relocate independently.
