📋 Description

• Full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer
• Creative sourcing strategies, encompassing deep LinkedIn searches, social platforms, networking
• Structured, rigorous candidate assessments to evaluate both capability and values fit
• Managing the full pipeline end-to-end from sourcing and screening through scheduling, interviews
• Keeping candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged at every stage, with accurate
• Cross-functional partnership to help build and refine recruiting strategy, process, and best

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments
• Experience hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior leadership
• Strong sourcing skills with dedicated time to proactively source and headhunt passive candidates
• Proven track record of managing multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously while maintaining a
• Clear, persuasive communication skills to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and
• Structured and detail-oriented approach with continuous process improvement
