Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (8-month contract)

📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment across Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Build strong relationships with hiring managers and leaders to develop recruitment plans.
• Advise on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.
• Design structured interview plans and scorecards; promote inclusive hiring.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for current and future needs.
• Represent KAYAK to candidates with an outstanding experience.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in-house or client-embedded globally.
• Proficiency in Ashby (ATS) and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Solid understanding of sourcing strategies and structured hiring.
• Ability to manage workload and adapt; comfortable working independently.
• Clear, thoughtful communication across time zones with distributed teams.
• Comfort using data to track work, spot patterns, and improve processes.
