📋 Description

• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake to offer for Product, Design, Commercial, Marketing, and Engineering.
• Build relationships with hiring managers and leaders to understand needs and plan recruitment.
• Advise teams on market trends, talent availability, and sourcing strategies.
• Design role-specific interview plans and scorecards; promote inclusive, equitable hiring.
• Build and maintain proactive candidate pipelines for near-term and future needs.
• Represent KAYAK to candidates with an outstanding experience at every stage.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting in global or multi-site environments.
• Proficiency in Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Strong sourcing strategies and ability to run an equitable, structured hiring process.
• Ability to manage workload and adapt when priorities shift; work independently.
• Clear, thoughtful communication across time zones and distributed teams.
• Comfort using data to track work, spot patterns, and improve processes.
