  • Proficiency in Ashby ATS and LinkedIn Recruiter.
  • Strong sourcing strategies and ability to run an equitable, structured hiring process.
  • Ability to manage workload and adapt when priorities shift; work independently.
  • Clear, thoughtful communication across time zones and distributed teams.
  • Comfort using data to track work, spot patterns, and improve processes.
