📋 Description

• Partner with Hiring Managers and business leaders to understand hiring needs, shape hiring
• Own end-to-end recruitment across a variety of technical and business roles, from sourcing through
• Design and continuously improve recruitment processes, including structured interviews
• Develop proactive sourcing strategies and build strong talent pipelines by engaging passive
• Use data and market insights to guide hiring decisions, identify opportunities for improvement, and
• Take ownership of Talent Acquisition initiatives beyond day-to-day hiring, such as employer

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field (or
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced
• Proven track record of managing end-to-end recruitment processes for both technical and business
• Strong knowledge of sourcing strategies, interviewing techniques, and candidate assessment methods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships
• Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruitment metrics to inform decisions.
