📋 Description

• Shape role scope, competency frameworks, and interview plans as a strategic advisor to hiring
• Own full-cycle recruitment for complex, business-critical roles across Go-to-Market, Customer
• Develop creative sourcing strategies including deep LinkedIn searches, social platforms
• Conduct structured, rigorous candidate assessments for capability and values fit
• Manage the full pipeline end-to-end from sourcing and screening through scheduling, interviews
• Keep candidates and hiring managers informed and engaged, maintaining accurate, up-to-date records

🎯 Requirements

• 5-8+ years of experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner, ideally in-house at a fintech or payments
• Track record of hiring across departments and levels, from individual contributors to senior
• Passion for sourcing, with dedicated structured time for proactive sourcing and headhunting passive
• Proven ability to manage multiple full-cycle searches simultaneously with high-touch, responsive
• Clear, persuasive communication to build trust with candidates, hiring managers, and stakeholders
• Structured and detail-oriented, following processes while seeking improvement
