• Partner with hiring managers on strategic recruitment plans
• Own full-cycle recruiting: define roles, source, interview, offers
• Source top talent via LinkedIn, job boards, events
• Strengthen Pattern's employer brand on Glassdoor/LinkedIn
• Maintain candidate records in Lever ATS

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 2+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience
• Deep understanding of recruiting best practices, tools, sourcing
• Proven ability to assess talent across diverse functions
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Highly organized with strong time management
