  • Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies.

🎯 Requirements

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment with focus on Engineering and Technology hiring.
  • Proven success recruiting software engineers and technical leadership.
  • Experience in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or crypto.
  • Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
  • Ability to assess technical talent and partner with engineering leaders.
  • Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
