📋 Description

• Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders to develop hiring strategies.
• Own end-to-end recruitment to build local Engineering and Product teams.
• Build proactive sourcing for software engineers, leaders, DevOps, data engineers, and front-end roles.
• Conduct talent mapping and market intelligence across the Philippines and regional markets.
• Develop strong candidate pipelines for immediate and future needs.
• Drive an exceptional candidate experience throughout the process.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment with focus on Engineering and Technology hiring.
• Proven success recruiting software engineers and technical leadership.
• Experience in technology, fintech, electronic payments, digital banking, or crypto.
• Strong sourcing using LinkedIn Recruiter, talent mapping, referrals, and direct outreach.
• Ability to assess technical talent and partner with engineering leaders.
• Strong stakeholder management and consultative recruiting skills.
