Senior Talent Acquisition Partner (FTC)

📋 Description

• Own a portfolio of live requisitions across engineering, data, AI, delivery or product roles
• Partner closely with hiring managers and account leads to build robust briefs, define success
• Design and run interview processes that assess for craft and client-readiness, coaching
• Build and maintain healthy talent pools for hard-to-fill or recurring roles, sourcing proactively
• Manage offer negotiations and closing conversations, balancing candidate expectations against our
• Coach junior recruiters and coordinators on sourcing technique, pipeline hygiene and candidate

🎯 Requirements

• Can evidence a track record of closing technical or consulting hires end-to-end, with real numbers
• Have partnered directly with senior hiring managers or account leads on requisition strategy, not
• Have designed or improved an interview process and can point to what changed and why
• Bring hands-on sourcing skill for niche or competitive technical markets
• Are comfortable coaching more junior colleagues and raising the bar on process
