• Own a full Engineering and Product requisition load across the UK and India
• Set the gold standard for sourcing quality and assessment rigour
• Proactively headhunt high-calibre, diverse talent through direct outreach, communities, and
• Use market insights and commercial context to challenge hiring manager perspectives
• Coach hiring managers on assessment best practice
• Build and use AI in day-to-day work, from sourcing and intake prep to reporting

🎯 Requirements

• Significant talent acquisition experience, ideally in B2B technology business, with proven track
• Experience recruiting in UK and India, understanding market differences
• Proactively uses market insights and data to drive efficient hiring processes and influence
• Credibility to advise and influence senior stakeholders up to VP-level
• Strong commercial awareness
• High ownership with high standards for own work and partners
