• Develop trusted relationships with Engineering and Product leaders, using tech talent market
• Build diverse, high-caliber pipelines for specialized and in-demand technical roles (spanning
• Facilitate structured evaluation: lead debrief/washup sessions, and give constructive feedback to
• Elevate Dojo’s employer branding by running developer meetups, and community-driven sourcing
• Contribute to and lead TA projects aimed at optimising our end to end hiring process.
• Demonstrate curiosity and have a systems thinking approach.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record successfully hiring across multiple technical domains within a fast-paced
• Strong technical literacy, comfortable speaking the basic language of engineering and product
• Demonstrated ability to partner with and influence senior technical leaders using conversion
• High adaptability and resilience, capable of balancing shifting roadmap priorities and balancing
• Practical, hands-on experience leveraging modern AI sourcing tools and workflow automations to
• Deep operational familiarity with modern ATS platforms (e.g., Greenhouse, Ashby, Lever) combined
