📋 Description

• Partner with hiring leaders to understand business needs, define role requirements, and build a
• Manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at a time, balancing priorities to keep every search
• Source candidates directly through LinkedIn Recruiter and other channels, building strong pipelines
• Review applicants in the ATS, evaluate resumes against role requirements, and recommend who moves
• Conduct candidate interviews and screens, and give hiring teams clear, structured feedback and
• Prepare offers, lead compensation conversations, and handle negotiations through to acceptance

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including significant technical recruiting (software
• Proven ability to manage a requisition load of ~15 open roles at once while maintaining a time to
