📋 Description

• Own the full candidate lifecycle; attract, negotiate, and close top-tier technical talent.
• Partner with senior hiring leaders to align pipelines with business strategy.
• Leverage AI and automation tools to optimize candidate engagement and analytics.
• Scale interview processes, onboarding, and hiring best practices for a smooth candidate experience.
• Drive employer brand using market data and insights.
• Based at HQ in McLean, VA; in-office 5 days/week.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 7+ years of proven success as a Technical Recruiter in technical domains.
• Data-driven recruiting using market insights, metrics, and talent mapping to influence hiring with senior leadership.
• Proven capacity to manage a high volume of complex requisitions with urgency and tenacity.
• Thoughtful, self-aware communicator with exceptional relationship-building and consultative skills.
• Proficiency leveraging ATS and sourcing platforms, including LinkedIn Recruiter; Greenhouse experience a plus.
