• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes (from defining needs to hiring)
• Closely cooperating with managers and business leaders in workforce planning
• Creating and implementing talent acquisition strategies tailored to business needs
• Actively sourcing candidates (direct search, networking, sourcing)
• Building and developing a talent pipeline for key roles
• Ensuring high-quality candidate experience at every stage of the recruitment process

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of experience in independently running recruitment processes
• Experience in an international / EMEA environment will be a strong asset
• Ability to build relationships with business as a strategic partner
• Very good sourcing skills and knowledge of modern recruitment tools
• Knowledge of the labor market and recruitment trends
• Ability to analyze data and work with KPIs
