📋 Description

• Partner with U.S. and Colombia based business leaders to develop and deliver recruiting strategies
• Lead and manage senior-level and specialized searches, ensuring high-quality and on-time hiring
• Utilize talent intelligence, sourcing techniques, and technology tools to build robust and diverse
• Enhance Riveron’s employer brand and candidate experience through consistent, high quality
• Manage and optimize recruiting systems, data integrity, reporting, and dashboards to provide
• Oversee and contribute to recruiting programs (e.g., interview assessment, employer brand, campus

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years full-cycle recruiting experience within a dynamic, matrixed, or professional services
• Conversational English proficiency is required (B2+ or above), with the ability to communicate
• Extensive experience partnering with U.S. based business stakeholders to forecast hiring needs and
• Demonstrated success recruiting for advisory and consulting roles, including FP&A, Data &amp
• Proven ability to independently source, engage, assess, and close passive and active candidates
• Meet KPIs set by recruiting leadership (candidates added to Ashby, time to fill, # of hires/year
