📋 Description

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for India-based roles, including intake, sourcing, screening
• Partner with hiring managers and senior stakeholders to create recruitment strategies aligned with
• Build and maintain talent pipelines through proactive sourcing, networking, and long-term
• Use Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms to manage activities and identify qualified
• Recruit for technical and business-critical positions while collaborating with multiple teams and
• Maintain consistent communication to ensure a positive candidate experience.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology, or related field; postgraduate HR
• 5+ years in recruitment or talent acquisition, with India market experience.
• Experience recruiting for technical and business functions in corporate, professional services
• Strong knowledge of ATS/recruitment platforms such as Greenhouse, LinkedIn, Naukri, and Indeed.
• Proven experience managing end-to-end recruitment workflows and partnering with hiring managers
• Ability to use recruitment data/metrics to measure and improve hiring strategies.
