🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in high-growth tech.
• Deep GTM hiring experience, esp Sales and Marketing.
• Strategic, data-driven recruiting mindset.
• Collaborative style; strong relationships with hiring managers/global teams.
• Fluency in English and Japanese.
