📋 Description

Execute full-cycle recruiting for Sales and GTM roles
Build sourcing pipelines using LinkedIn Recruiter, Ashby, and tools
Conduct initial candidate screens and deliver assessments
Support offer preparation and candidate communication
Maintain clean ATS data and contribute to pipeline reporting
Develop knowledge of fintech/payments talent landscape and share learnings

🎯 Requirements

3+ years of full-cycle or high-volume recruiting, ideally Sales/GTM
Solid sourcing skills with experience engaging passive candidates
Organized with strong ATS hygiene and process discipline
Clear communicator representing Airwallex to candidates and managers
Experience hiring fintech, payments, or B2B SaaS sales
Experience with Ashby
Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools
Willingness to thrive in a fast-moving environment
