🎯 Requirements

  • BA/BS degree
  • 8+ years full-cycle technical recruiting
  • Experience across AI/ML Eng, Software Eng, QA, IT, Product
  • Sourcing passive talent with AI tools, LinkedIn Recruiter, Greenhouse
  • Proficient with GitHub and Boolean/X-Ray search
  • Global collaboration experience with diverse stakeholders
