🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with depth in technical domains (Engineering, ML
• Demonstrated success in hiring senior and niche technical talent in competitive markets.
• A strong track record of influencing stakeholders and solving complex recruiting challenges with
• A data-driven approach with the ability to analyze metrics, surface insights, and inform strategy.
