📋 Description

• Own end-to-end PhD AI/ML recruiting pipeline for full-time and internships.
• Partner with engineering and data leaders to shape hiring strategy across domains like generative AI, LLMs, NLP, computer vision, and infrastructure automation.
• Monitor recruiting health metrics and translate data into actionable insights.
• Act as a talent business partner to executive leadership, hiring managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Design and refine scalable end-to-end PhD hiring programs with a human-centered candidate experience.
• Partner with leaders to execute the PhD strategy including campus and academic outreach.

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of full-lifecycle technical recruiting in fast-paced environments (technical or university recruiting).
• Proven ability to manage high-volume pipelines with a best-in-class candidate experience.
• Data-driven decision-making; strong skills in recruiting analytics and ROI; global tech company experience preferred.
• Strategic thought partner to technical leadership, offering insights on AI/ML talent dynamics.
• Influence with stakeholders; creative/problem-solving mindset to hiring challenges.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to college campuses (subject to health regulations).
