📋 Description

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract top-tier talent across technical and
• Source, screen, and interview candidates; partner with hiring managers to identify the best-fit
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from job posting to offer negotiation and candidate
• Build and maintain relationships with external recruitment partners and networks
• Track recruitment metrics and continuously improve the hiring process for efficiency and quality
• Design and optimize comprehensive onboarding programs to ensure seamless integration of new hires

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent
• 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, employer branding, or talent management roles
• Proven track record of successfully recruiting and onboarding talent in international environments
• Fluency in French, English, and German (written and spoken)
• Strong knowledge of the SaaS/software industry, competitive landscape, and talent market dynamics
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
