📋 Description

• Own full-cycle recruiting for engineering, product, design, GTM and other business roles.
• Partner with hiring managers and senior leaders to define roles, scope, interview process and
• Build proactive pipelines across technical and business roles through direct sourcing
• Bring market mapping, compensation context, realistic timelines, and recalibrate expectations when
• Run structured hiring processes: including job descriptions, interview plans, candidate
• Track and communicate pipeline health, conversion, candidate experience, hiring-manager

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including meaningful in-house experience in a
• A record of building proactive passive candidate pipelines and closing hard-to-fill roles across
• Confidence advising hiring managers and senior leaders on role outcomes, leveling, market realities
• Strong structured-assessment skills and enough technical fluency to turn engineering, product, data
• Experience managing concurrent searches, configuring applicant tracking systems and managing
• Excellent communication skills, prioritization and sound judgment.
